Prior to securing my own policies, life insurance protection was not at all on my radar. No one hinted at the benefits of life insurance when I was growing up, so having a policy was hardly an expectation set for me.

Even in my 20’s, there was no mention of life insurance coverage when I was in college. And aside from an employer-sponsored policy, not a whisper was uttered about the importance of using life insurance for short or long-term financial preservation by the time I had completed graduate business school and earned a full-time corporate salary.

It was as though no one wanted to reveal this decades-old secret that every parent should all be aware of. And that is why Family Forward was created in 2026.
